Energeco has completed the definition and editing of the Instructions to Bidders  (ITB) volume for the expansion of Esmeraldas Refinery in Ecuador. The ITB volume has been prepared for AXENS  Performance Programs, who developed  the Conceptual Study  for the definition of the optimal configuration of the Refinery in order to improve the quality of automotive fuel products. The Conceptual study by AXENS will be the reference document for the implementation of the contact for the execution of the detailed engineering and construction of the new facilities.
