Feasibility study for Congo
In cooperation with FARC Italia S.r.l. Energeco completed a number of feasibility studies intended to identify the optimal plant configuration and the best technologies to be implemented in the ENI Congo M’Boundi Oil Field to account for varying feed characteristics.
The study has covered the following areas:
· Upgrading of treatment facilities to cope with varying Oil-to-Gas ratio and formation water rate
· Oxygen removal from the Sea water transferred by pipeline to the production field and injected in the wells to maintain the production rate.
· Treatment of the produced gas to account for increasing concentration of acidic compounds and selection of the suitable technologies for the different concentration ranges.
