Expansion of Kazakhstan refinery

Energeco completed the Front End Engineering Design, in cooperation with Technip Italy/ KGNT joint venture, for the revamping and modernization of the PKOP’s Shymkent Refinery (Kazakhstan).
Energeco has developed the design for Utilities and Offsites, performing several site visits to retrieve (and complete when necessary) existing engineering documents. Owner’s standards (sometimes with significant differences from customary “western” standards) have been used in the design.
